The History of "The Hill"
We Immediately proceed to purchase the Property which has a 340 ft. Frontage with a Depth of nearly 1600 ft., and was able to start Timbering & Clearing by August. Our New 2300 sq. ft. Home was setup on the Hill in September - situated 600 ft. back from the road up a Winding Drive through the Trees.  WE MOVED IN during the second week of October.  Oh yeah, We have CITY WATER!

The History of "Beechwood"
Before the purchase of the property we were Registering our BULLDOGS under the Kennel Name HUGELLAND which is German meaning: "Rolling Country."  After moving to "The Hill" I considered Changing the Kennel Name to something that would be more easily remember by people who could not speak Deuche. After a while, I began to notice besides the Poplars, Cedars, Oaks, Hickorys, Cherrys, and Dogwoods, there was quite a lot of Beech Trees (some quite large near the back of the property).  Well, the "Hill" was a given and the name was Avaliable with the American Kennel Club, thus: Beechwood Hill Kennel was Born.
